Scott Davis is a storyteller. His accomplishments in theater, film, television and audio has been recognized for over 40 years, earning him the Lela Thompson Award for lifetime achievement and contributions to the craft. While working in theater AND on award-winning feature film and television productions, Scott has always been creating stories, sharing stories, and telling stories.
On WRAP BEER!, Scott leads an expedition to recount and preserve an industry he still can’t believe happened in his hometown of Wilmington, North Carolina.

Four decades later, and too much wrap beer to count, John is finally putting his Journalism degree to work!!!
As the Creator and Producer of “WRAP BEER!” John hopes to capture the adventure and history of one of the most unique stories in motion picture and television production.
In Wilmington, NC, John moved up the Art Department ranks from set dresser to production designer - and along the way he earned three Art Directors Guild - Excellence in Production Design Award Nominations .
John has worked on many iconic feature films, such as “The Abyss,” “The Crow,” and “12 Monkeys.” He designed the Blockbuster film, “The Strangers,” the entire run of “Homeland,” and numerous Indy Films, TV Pilots and TV series.
With the help of his career-long friends, John is now conjuring up a new podcast.
